Photo ID is required for all credit card purchases, and the information on the ID must match the information on the card.
Phone payments
Payments via phone are no longer accepted unless the customer has an established account.
Deliveries
Customers must be present to sign for all deliveries. If no one is present, material will be returned and the customer is responsible for return and re-delivery fees. Exceptions must be approved by management.
